This resource charts the journey to establish an OER Design Studio to support college-focused OER design and delivery for teaching and learning. This guide contains resources and processes used to establish the Design Studio. Processes include: an incubator process, a design process, a grant program, and the OER adoption process. In addition, a team reflective practice, an OER showcase, and specific lessons for OER implementation are included.\n\nAs with many OERs, this guide is a work in progress.
